Welcome to Iziyarah. By accessing or using the Iziyarah mobile application, website, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. About Iziyarah

Iziyarah is a digital tourism platform that connects tourists with local guides and tourism providers while offering AI-powered and augmented reality (AR) tourism experiences.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• All activities conducted through their account.

Iziyarah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Guide and Tourism Provider Services

Local guides and tourism providers are independent service providers. Iziyarah:

• Does not employ guides.
• Does not guarantee service quality.
• Is not responsible for disputes between users and guides.

Users are encouraged to review guide profiles, ratings, and qualifications before booking.

6. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Fees displayed in the Platform may include service charges. Payments processed through approved payment gateways are subject to their respective terms. Refund policies may vary depending on the service booked.

7. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel bookings according to the cancellation rules displayed during booking. Refund eligibility will depend on timing of cancellation, service provider policies, and applicable laws.

8. Location Services

Certain features require access to device location data. Users may disable location access; however, some services may become unavailable or limited.

9. AI and AR Features

Iziyarah may provide AI-generated information, historical content, recommendations, and Augmented Reality experiences. Such content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Iziyarah does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or historical precision of all AI-generated content.

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Violate any laws.
• Harass guides, tourists, or staff.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent activities.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, content, AI systems, AR features, and Platform materials remain the exclusive property of Iziyarah or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any Platform content without written permission.

12. Reviews and User Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, photos, and comments. By submitting content, users grant Iziyarah a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote such content in connection with the Platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iziyarah shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury.
• Property damage.
• Travel disruptions.
• Service provider actions.
• Technical interruptions.
• Inaccuracies in third-party or AI-generated content.

14. Suspension and Termination

Iziyarah may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if users violate these Terms or applicable laws.

15. Changes to Terms

Iziyarah may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
